How to extract data from a fillable/form PDF file with JS or PHP

I have an web app that is running on my localhost machine and i got a problem when i try to read a special PDF file.

The user need to complete a fillable/form PDF file and after that to upload it.

My problem is that after the PDF file was completed and loaded by the user in my app i want to extract the data from that PDF file but i don't know how to do it. I tried to get the content of the PDF file as normal text but it didn't worked, it returns nothing, i think that because the PDF file has some sort of XML in it (XFA). I didn't find any library or solutions on the internet.

I use JavaScript and PHP, no frameworks, just vanilla, so the solution can be in one of these languages, it doesn't matter if is client-side or server-side.

I put an image link as an example of the PDF file from which i want to extract the user data after is uploaded using JS/PHP, and i will like to know if there is a solution to my problem.
