Mixpanel's JQL: Unable to find exact matches only (It searches for contains instead)

I am trying to filter events by a certain owner but it keeps giving me all events with owners that contain my keyword.

Any help?

Here's the JQL query:

function main() {
  return Events({
    from_date: '2020-01-01',
    to_date: '2022-01-01',
    event_selectors: [
        {event: 'export', selector: '"abc" in properties["owner"]'},
    ]
  })
}

This returns events by owners abcd, eabcd, and abc. I only want abc's events.
