PostgREST devuelve valores no nulos del objeto JSON

Tengo una tabla postgrSQL con tres columnas, una de las cuales es un campo json:

 id [num] || school [char] || info [json] ============================================================================ 1 || 1st || [{"fistname": "Bill", "Lastname": "Maison"}] 2 || 2nd || [{"fistname": "John", "Lastname": "Handson"}] 3 || 3rd || []

Quiero filtrar los campos de información vacíos con postgREST.

Mi URL ahora mismo: https://127.0.0.1/table?&info->0->firstname=is.null

Esto realmente devuelve todos los valores que son nulos, pero ¿cómo lo hago de otra manera? ¿Excluir todos los valores nulos?
