Angular NodeJs - Optimizing Multiple API calls

I have an application developed using UI Angular and backend with Node JS/GraphQL/TypeScript. I have a scenario where I have to make multiple API calls from UI to API and show the result on UI after all promises/observables are resolved.

I have tried using parallelism/API calls using RXJS- forkJoin and combineLatest, still, it takes more than 20-30 seconds to load data for just 20 Products, 20*3 = 60 API calls to resolve.

I am looking for better solutions, I need to reduce it upto to 5-7 seconds max.

1. Is it beneficial to use the "Worker thread" or "Child process" in the API/NodeJS, will it help to boost the performance?

2. Are there any other options to boost performance on the UI side? other than combineLatest/forkJoin.
