Actualmente estoy transfiriendo un código de UI escrito en Jquery UI para react-draggable , tratando de migrar de draggable y droppable a los elementos React respectivos.

Aunque arrastrar funciona bien, no puedo encontrar la manera de notificar tanto al div que el arrastrable se está arrastrando (o está colocado) como al arrastrable en el que está activado el div.

En términos más fáciles,

 1. A draggable element, <Foo /> and a absolute-positioned div with a width and a size, <Bar />, exists 2. <Foo /> is being dragged on top of <Bar /> 3. An event handler in Foo fires, notifying that it is currently on top of <Bar /> 3. An event handler in Bar fires, notifying that <Foo /> is currently on top of itself.

¿Cómo lograría esto en react-draggable ?
