Developing the android application using cordova.

Requirement - User can choose any language across the world (like google toolbar). Once user has selected the language then application should able to change into selected language. So further application browsing should be in that language only.

Limitation - As this is across the global so we could not able to create a language translation file and replace it based on user selection. We can take purchase or subscribe to any language translation apis (Google) and application should change accordingly. Only thing that we dont want lagging while application translation happen.

Note - I have checked few of the questions on stackoverflow but no where provided same functionality.

Can you please help me.
