Should I use Nightmare.js to create a program which performs actions on behalf of users on multiple websites?

I want to create a piece of software which uses a web scraping framework (Nightmare.js for example) to perform house listings on multiple different housing websites.

To do this a user must log in and upload required information on the house to upload their listing to multiple housing websites at once. They must also sign in through my web application to all the other housing websites and connect their account.

My initial thought would be to use the following:

  • Nightmare.js to perform actions on behalf of the users as these websites don't have their own API endpoints
  • React or Angular to create the web application
  • And the part I am struggling is, is what type of backend + database to use (if needed) to store the users account and listing info)
