I have a button in my home page that exports the displayed tabular data in the page. Today I added some values in the table and the export button stopped working. It no longer downloads the data as .csv file. All the data of my web application is stored in mysql database. Below is the code I used for exporting.

I have tried deleting items in the database but after I reach the certain amount and input new item the exporting stops working. When I click export button it opens a new tab and the url says about:blank#blocked kindly help.
