Challenge: How to send POST parameters in a XHTML form

I need to create my own form using another created on XHTML to make a search bypassing a Recaptcha code.

The URL is https://registratumascota.cl/consultas.xhtml

I am trying with different codes in the community but none of them works. ¿Is it possible?

Another way I can imagine is to send the "value" parameter in a URL to send the user to land this site and click on the Recaptcha without avoiding it.

<input id="consultasForm:microchip" name="consultasForm:microchip" type="text" value="900113001616745" maxlength="15" onchange="PrimeFaces.ab({s:&quot;consultasForm:microchip&quot;,e:&quot;valueChange&quot;,p:&quot;consultasForm:microchip&quot;,u:&quot;consultasForm:microchip consultasForm:microchipMsg&quot;,g:false});" style="width: 100%" aria-required="true" class="ui-inputfield ui-inputtext ui-widget ui-state-default ui-corner-all" role="textbox" aria-disabled="false" aria-readonly="false">

Both works.

Thanks a lot, is for helping pets in the country 🐶
