Check if TextBlock is overflowed in GoJS

I want to add a tooltip to a TextBlock when it has been overflowed by an ellipsis and not all of the text is shown.

I encountered this solution: https://forum.nwoods.com/t/check-that-text-is-overflowed/9481
And it works, but only when the TextBlock has a unique name property set.
If I have a Table that generates TableRow's by binding, that looks similar to this example: https://gojs.net/latest/samples/records.html

enter image description here

It generates rows automatically (without adding the name property), and I can't access the specific TextBlock of the TableRow. How can I do it?

Thank you.
