Cómo actualizar la tabla como cambios de $scope.variable

Estoy tratando de hacer una tabla Html usando ng-repeat en angularjs. Quiero que mi tabla se actualice y agregue nuevas filas a medida que cambien los datos en mi $scope.variable. Intenté algo como -

 <table class="table table-striped"> <tr> <th>User Name</th> <th>Audio Status</th> <th>Video Status</th> </tr> <tbody> <tr ng-repeat="d in memberData track by d.id"> <td>{{d.name}}</td> <td>{{d.audio_muted}}</td> <td>{{d.video_muted}}</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

Código Angular -

 $scope.onMemberListUpdate=(members)=>{ $scope.memberData = members; $scope.$apply(); } //Calling onMemberListUpdate() somewhere $scope.onMemberListUpdate(members);

Problema: cuando los datos cambian en $scope.memberData , no se actualiza la tabla. ¿Cómo puedo hacer que se actualice automáticamente sin actualizar?
