React Typescript Animated Icons don't work

I made a simple animated icon on https://www.svgator.com/ and export it to svg, howewer i had an errorenter image description here

Normal svgs works normally, and animated icons on react without typescript also works perfeclty.

Here's my custom.d.ts file

declare module '*.svg?inline' {
  const content: any
  export default content
}

declare module '*.svg' {
  const content: any
  export default content
}

and my ts.config

{
  "compilerOptions": {
    "target": "es5",
    "lib": [
      "dom",
      "dom.iterable",
      "esnext"
    ],
    "allowJs": true,
    "skipLibCheck": true,
    "esModuleInterop": true,
    "allowSyntheticDefaultImports": true,
    "strict": true,
    "forceConsistentCasingInFileNames": true,
    "noFallthroughCasesInSwitch": true,
    "module": "esnext",
    "moduleResolution": "node",
    "resolveJsonModule": true,
    "isolatedModules": true,
    "noEmit": true,
    "jsx": "react-jsx"
  },
  "include": [
    "src","custom.d.ts"
  ]
}

Can you help me with this issue? :)
