No entiendo este caso de desestructuración en Javascript

Tengo esto en el código de un proyecto, pero no lo entiendo:

 const values = { value1: 30, value2: 60 } let { value1: red, value2: blue } = values; console.log(red);

En la segunda parte enseñé que valor1 se declaraba como variable pero parece que es al contrario, rojo obtiene 30 (valor1) ¿? ¿Por qué 'rojo' recibe valor1?
