I'm trying to classify the cookies as functional, performance, analytics etc based on the cookie in the website .

I found a repository in github (Open-Cookie-Database)for categorising them . But it seems to be a small dataset and seems to be missing many cookies .

I saw that cookiepedia is the largest collection of cookies of over 41,000,000 cookies collection. Is it possible to get access to this ? Is it open source ?

Are there any better open source repos with better cookies dataset .
