Connect two websites on the same domain with breadcrumbs

before I continue, I have to point out I don't have any code for this, because this is more on a conceptual level.

imagine you have a website:

https://example.com/en/list/sub-list1
https://example.com/en/list/sub-list2

When the user clicks a link on the /sub-list1, the website redirects them to a third-party web-app with the following URL:

https://example.com/en/listing-tool/item_name1

My question is, is it possible to add (with JS) breadcrumbs that would link from https://example.com/en/listing-tool/item_nam back to https://example.com/en/list/sub-list1

I know one way would be using: javascript:history.back()

But the idea breaks if the user comes directly to the https://example.com/en/listing-tool/item_name12from google or direct link.

I would the user would be able to "return" to the

https://example.com/en/list/sub-list1

without ever being there.

Items are generated, so hard-coding wouldn't work. The only thing that connects the Item1 with the sublist1 is the title which is the same as the link name on sublist1.

I would appreciate any ideas and tips.
