JavaScript not updating after commit push publish

I am editing code HTML, PHP, JavaScript for a site in VS Code. After commit, I push to branch repo, then go to Jenkins and publish the branch to the staging site. The site shows the updated HTML, and the updated PHP, but the JavaScript fails to update.

Things I have tried:

  • Verified the updated JavaScript in the Repo, CHECK
  • Verified the updated JavaScript in the build folder
  • Verified the Jenkins server and stopped/refreshed IIS
  • Cleared cache and hard reload on CHROME, CHECK
  • Deleted history, CHECK
  • Tried to run in Firefox and Edge, both show HTML changes but not JavaScript

Very confused.

Workflow: code --> commit --> push --> Jenkins Build

HTML - GOOD PHP - GOOD JAVASCRIPT - NOT UPDATED in browser/site ...
