Why my third table won't create in NodeJs?

I have 2 similar tables, that were created but this one won't create. If I want to test a route I'm getting "msg: "relation "clinics" does not exist" .

Here is the code:

const Sequelize = require("sequelize");
const db = require("../db");

const clinic = db.define("clinic", {
  location: {
    type: Sequelize.STRING,
    allowNull: false,
  },
  employees: {
    type: Sequelize.NUMBER,
    allowNull: false,
  },
  adress: {
    type: Sequelize.STRING,
    allowNull: false,
  },
});

clinic.sync({ alter: true });

module.exports = clinic;
