How to fix Error: ENOENT no such file or directory open C:Users\Renit\App data\Local\Temp/ovexit.dat"

This error occurred as I sat for my ACCA exam on PearsonOve, when my proctor tried to release the exam. My screen had this message and everything other than my video disappeared. I was hoping someone could help me in identifying the problem before I try to attempt my next exam.

Note: I was using a windows 10.
