How to get intellisense working for VS Code Mocha test?

How to get intellisense working for VS Code Mocha test so that functions are recognised? This is for a truffle mocha test which has the "contract" function as well.

When I hover over the error I get an eslint error "'contract' is not defined. eslint(no-undef)"

I am using react as well, not sure if react has some default eslint configuration that is messing with it?
