Matriz anidada de Javascript: reduzca a la mitad los elementos y resúmalos

Estoy tratando de crear una función que me devuelva la mitad de los datos resumidos. Pude hacerlo en una matriz no anidada pero fallé en la matriz anidada. Recibo el error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'push') .

Cómo deberían verse los datos devueltos:

 var data = [{"Key":1,"values":[ {"LastOnline":"21-11-29","Value":2}, {"LastOnline":"21-12-01","Value":2}, {"LastOnline":"21-12-03","Value":2} ]}];

Lo que tengo ahora mismo:

Esto también funciona. Básicamente hice tu idea, omitiendo la matriz temporal y fusionando los dos pasos en uno.

Las variables JS distinguen entre mayúsculas y minúsculas. Mantenga la key constante en todas partes. Si no planea usar reducir, aquí está la solución.

Lo primero es lo primero, sus data son en sí mismos una matriz, por lo que suponiendo que sus datos reales tengan más de 1 elemento, deberá hacer lo mismo para cada uno.

Es útil comenzar con un método que haga el trabajo en solo 1 elemento

Una vez que tenga eso, puede usar el map , hágalo para cada elemento
