I have a large monorepo that is handled by yarn workspaces. It builds fine with no errors, however I found several modules are being installed in root as uppercase e.g. @BABEL vs @babel. This same package is installed in the child workspace package as lowercase, which is expected.

Is there a reason for this uppercase installation? It occurs on several packages at different times, mostly in root. It's causing issues when trying to build my storybooks as I get the error Entry module not found '"An uppercase module"': Error: [CaseSensitivePathsPlugin]
