Crazy behaviour on scrolling

Here is my code:

  beforeMount () {
    window.addEventListener('scroll', this.stickTheBreadcrumbs)
  },
  beforeDestroy () {
    window.removeEventListener('scroll', this.stickTheBreadcrumbs)
  },
  methods: {
    stickTheBar () {
      window.scrollY > 81 ? this.barIsSticked = true : this.barIsSticked = false
    }
  }

The goal is to stick on the top of the page a navigation bar when I scroll over the menu bar (which is 82px).

If the page is long enough everything works as it should, but if the page is not so long (but still scrollable) as soon as I scroll a few px under the 81st (f.ex scrollY = 83) it jumps again on the scrollY = 0 and then continue to jump up and down for a while to random positions between 0 and 81.

Is there something I can do for change this behaviour?
