HTML Image Database Storage to Custom Link

I'm currently working with a js script where its intended use is to pull images at random off of a website. The way that I have it written currently is for it to use a URL, run a math.random, and the number that is selected is added to the end of the link followed by a .png/.jpg command. My question is, is that I am trying to figure out a way, whether it is through DAM software or something else, where I can form the custom links and add the photos that can be labeled to fall under the linked section. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this?

An example of the code that I am thinking of writing would be:

var url = "https://imagedatabase.com/AABC"+random+".png";

Something where the link is uniform (the ones in red are supposed to be the same code) and the number (blue) is attached to a different photo and the math function randomly selects it.
