Muestra el valor de los datos en mi gráfico en chart.js y aparece

tengo chart.js así:

Quiero saber cómo agregar una etiqueta en mi gráfico, para que los datos que significan 4 en el teléfono inteligente y 4 en Trahsphone aparezcan sin que hagamos clic primero.
