Import multiple as alias in js modules

I'm looking for a way to make my code shorter by using multi import as - or at leads a way to do something like that. Currently i'm doing it like this, because I don't want to import * since I'm not using the full lib so this is efficient for treeshaking:

import {A,B,C} from 'lib'; //This list is LONG.

System.add(A);
System.add(B);
System.add(C);

I'm looking for something like

import {A,B,C} as libImports from 'lib';
libImports.forEach(l => System.add(l));

Which would drastically reduce code length and increase i-forgot-to-add resistance. Anyone any idea?
