I am trying to make chat client application where i can open multi clients and chat with each other sending JSON files using websockets, node.js, npm and JSON. i can use express as well.

the server already exists as given and I did make the client but I can not figure out how to do the connection between the client and the server to be able to open multi clients and text each other.
