I've searched a while and can't quite find something I want without the use of a plugin. I want to create a similar carousel to this: carousel example

I don't need the effects shown in that but just the way you can move it across by clicking or dragging (without arrows or anything similar) but also for the central image appear a bit further forward so to be higher than the others. Does anyone know a relatively simple way of achieving this result?
