Agregar token de autorización al encabezado en JavaScript para obtener datos de la API

Estoy tratando de construir una interfaz de usuario para comunicarme con un servicio API, estoy usando HTML, CSS y JavaScript. Estoy usando la función asíncrona/aguardar búsqueda para llamar a la API y a response.jsom para recuperar los datos Json de la respuesta, ahora tengo que agregar X-Authorization:Bearer Token '.....' al encabezado, ¿cómo puedo hacer eso con JavaScript?
