How to write code to find a driving test cancellation in selenium?

I'm trying to find a driving test cancellation, I'm following a loose reddit guide that recommends using selerium in firefox to keep scanning the page until it finds a test after the one i already have.

(most people want cancellations before whatever they have booked, I actually want one a few days later than the one i have, which i think is why the method im trying to follow won't work.

What i've got so far is:

So i've left out a bit of personal info, but the gist of the problem is this. I have a driving test booked in december, however due to when i'll get back from uni, i won't have very much time to practice, so instead of a typical cancellation (where i want a quicker test) i want to get one slightly later in December or early january. The only coding experience i have is in MATLAB, and im not sure how to make this work.
