Dependiendo de su configuración de linter, simplemente afirmar "Sé lo que estoy haciendo" con la palabra clave void debería ser suficiente:

 new google.maps.Marker({...})

a

 void new google.maps.Marker({...})

debe significar su intención de ignorar el valor de retorno.
