Combine dos matrices ordenadas en una y ordénelas en javaScript. Pero sort() no funciona

mi código es:

 arr1=[2,6,8,56,78,99,100]; arr2=[1,4,6,8,9,99]; arr3=arr1.concat(arr2); console.log(arr3); arr3.sort() console.log(arr3);

Pero esta función sort() da un resultado incorrecto. no entiendo porque da ese resultado Debería haber ordenado arr3.

Tienes un malentendido. Array.sort no ordena numéricamente, sino alfabéticamente.

Sin embargo, puedes usar esto:

 Array.sort((a, b) => { return a - b; });
