domain={['auto', dynamicDomain]} for y axis configuration

also scaling is being used where scale is a log scale from d3-scale

yAxis ticks are rendered but not spaced evenly at all. They are rendered but the ticks and lines are having unequal spacing in between . Tried all different configurations and changes but still not working.
