¿Es posible generar solo el "título" de un archivo JSON sin generar el contenido del mismo?

Digamos que tengo este código:

 const names = ` { "Joe": { "nat": "American", "hair": "brown" }, "Peter": { "nat": "German", "hair": "blond" } } `; const load = JSON.parse(names);

¿Hay alguna manera de que pueda console.log() solo (por ejemplo) "Joe" sin que también genere "nat" y "hair"?

Puede usar Object.keys() que devuelve una matriz de nombres de propiedad enumerables propios de un objeto dado
