run next dev -H [Local ID] is not working in Node.js v16

I have a Next.js App in Node.js v16.13.0. I deploy it on my local IP for debugging using the command:

next dev -H [[my local IP]]

which is specified in "package.json" scripts configuration. But, I can't access that IP on another device even though localhost is still accessible on my PC.

So I tried to change the Node.js version to v14. It works.

Does anyone knows about this problem or need some settings?

I am using next.js@12.0.1 with Windows 11.
