Command not found error when installing zerotier

I'm trying to set up zerotier-one on a fresh raspberry os. setting up uavcast for a drone project. Seems to have had more trouble this time around than last.

Commands have not changed. But I do not recall if had initiated the zerotier to startup on boot up or not.

Any way, I got it set up and finally went to terminal on my rasp to execute

run sudo touch /var/lib/zerotier-one/networks.d/[Network ID].conf

(replacing [Network ID} with my network on zerotier that I am using) and I'm stuck with this...

bash: run: command not found

All I was doing copying and pasting from pimylifeup and it worked the other day b4 i put the fresh os on, that I can recall.

Thanks in advance
