I want to make a javascript program for my website where users can slide unlimited images

Give me some idea on How can I make a website where users can click the right or left arrow to see my images. And there must be no image limitation. Or if I put any new image into my particular image folder then it will be automatically added to my website.

I tried some methods but I am not sure that I am going to do that
