How to access object/memory shown in DevTools memory snapshot?

Website's javascript generates several arrays of binary data. While debugging, I saw them temporarily stored in some functions' local variables, but I could not find these arrays in globals after the site is fully loaded. I took a memory snapshot in DevTools and I can clearly see two JSArrayBufferData with precise sizes of those arrays I want to get (93217728 and 25035096): enter image description here

Is there a way I can access those arrays through javascript or/and copy them as .bin files? Or maybe I need to look into global variables more thoroughly? Ideally I want to automate this procedure (getting those arrays) with python, but just knowing how to do it manually through DevTools would be a great headstart.
