Get Id from a Form.Select with Semantic-Ui React

I am new with React, I use semantic Ui react and I have a list of data (Type of payment) and I want to display in a Field of type InputSelect the label of the type and by choosing one of them I get its Id.

Here is what I tried :

.TSX :

    const [select, setSelect] = useState<IModePaiement[]>(modePaiements);

    useEffect(() => {
        loadModePaiements();
    }, [loadModePaiements])

    const handlechange: any = (event: any, { name, value }: any) => {
        debugger;
        value = event.target.text;
        setSelect({ ...select, [name]: event.target.value });
    };

<Form.Select
  name='modePaiement'
  onChange={handlechange}
  selection
  options={
  modePaiements.map(modePaiement => ({
  name: modePaiement.paiementId,
  key: modePaiement.paiementId,
  value: modePaiement.paiementId,
  text: modePaiement.label
  }))}
  value={client.modePaiement} />

the problem is that setSelect function returns undefined result. Any idea please.
