React Native: Issues developing a quiz anti-cheat app

The idea behind this project is to initiate a small quiz to students, devices used are tablets and iPads, what we need to do is to ensure that the student will not open any of the forbidden apps, for example Google or YouTube, so we can be a little sure that the student is making some effort doing the task.

So, my questions are:

  1. is there is a way in react native to detect what is the foreground app?
  2. how can we close the app if we detect that the student is trying to cheat the quiz?
  3. how can we prevent the student from closing the watcher app, or uninstalling it?
  4. is react native the correct tool to do this, or do we need to develop the app for each platform separately?

Note: we cannot force the quiz app to be always on top (foreground), cause we already know that there is a way to detect if the app goes to background using appstate, unfortunately, this is not very useful to us as the student is allowed to use other applications to perform calculations..

Thank you very much ^_^
