Tempus Dominus cannot set minDate or maxDate in dynamic input

I am using Tempus Dominus as my datetimepicker, but I have a problem to set minDate or maxDate in dynamic input.

Maybe someone could help me solve this problem.

Code :

                for(var i = 0; i < count; i++){
                    $('#strDependCMaritalDt_'+i).datetimepicker({
                        useCurrent: false,
                        format: 'DD-MM-YYYY'
                    });
                    $('#strDependCDeathDate_'+i).datetimepicker({
                        useCurrent: false,
                        format: 'DD-MM-YYYY'
                    });
                    $('#strDependCBirthDate_'+i).on('change.datetimepicker', function(e){
                        alert(e.date);
                        $('#strDependCMaritalDt_'+i).datetimepicker('minDate', e.date);
                        $('#strDependCDeathDate_'+i).datetimepicker('minDate', e.date);
                    });
                }

I have try to console.log e.date and it shows the value, but didn't set the minDate on dynamic input.

Thank you.
