Updating the Redux State across all devices

Currently I'm working on a web app using Redux for the first time. What I'm doing is adding a user to a queue and displaying it on the frontend.

The issue I'm having is that, let's say there are 2 different users logged in on 2 different devices. If user 1 joins the queue, user 2 can't see that they joined until they refresh their app.

What I want to happen is that when user 1 joins the queue, it automatically updates the state of user 2 so that they see the new person in the queue, without refreshing.

Is there a way to do this? I'm using a Node, Express & Mongo DB backend to get the users in the queue and add them to the queue.
