Capital Look Up Chrome Extension

So I'm trying to make an extension that looks up the country/capital of the selected text (curently using simple if statements but maybe you guys know an api I could use). I've tried coding it and I'm pretty lost maybe you guys can help me.

chrome.contextMenus.create({
    title: '%s',
    contexts: ['selection'],
    onclick: cap
});

function update(up){
    chrome.contextMenus.update({
        title: up
    })
}

function cap(info){

    if(info.textSelection = "Abu Dhabi"){
        update("UAE")
    }
}

The problem that I have rn is that I'm not sure how to update the context menu to show the country / capital.
