How come my Nav menu doesn't appear on mobile website?

I am launching my portfolio website at https://johnmurgo.com. On mobile when I click on the hamburger button, the hamburger changes to an 'X', but it should also trigger a menu to dropdown. I have realized that the menu is there and links can be clicked but are not visible.

Everything works as it should in chrome devtools emulating mobiles devices, but doesn't carry over to actual mobile browsers. I have provided screenshots of what I see when the menu is closed, open, and where the links are as I am clicking them even though they are not visible before.

Closed HamburgerOpen hamburger, no menuLink location, links not visible

I have been able to confirm that it works on some other devices.

Is anyone able to replicate my issue?
