I have a web app for which I want to build a play store deployable app, a TWA. I have been trying to get Expo to work but I keep stumbling into one error or the other. Firstly, connection over lan or local seemed to only bring error, but tunnel works. After all the installation is done, I get the following error.

Cannot connect to the Metro server.

Try the following to fix the issue:
- Ensure that the Metro server is running and available on the same network
- Ensure that your device/emulator is connected to your machine and has USB debugging enabled - run 'adb devices' to see a list of connected devices
- If your device is on the same Wi-Fi network, set 'Debug server host & port for device' in 'Dev settings' to your machine's IP address and the port of the local dev server - e.g. 10.0.1.1:8081

I suspect that I need an external connection source since my computer's internet connection is provided by my phone. I've ran the adb reverse command and its still nothing. Nothing seems to be wrong with the code, it just wouldn't movie past this stage. I am using a Gionee S9 for the simulation, and I have been unable to find the debugger server in the developer options. What could be the problems with it
