Send data from the app to the user, using the user's gmail account

I need my app to give the user the option to send some text by email to whoever he chooses to.

This is a web app. It is written in JS so I can't use a dedicated gmail account for that, cause it can be hacked.

I could use some server that will send the data, but I was wondering if there isn't a possiblity to do it using the user's gmail.

Something like:

  1. The user clicks a button, in order to send the data
  2. A (standard) gmail window is opened and ask the user to login
  3. Once the user is loged in, a new mail is automatically opened with the user's text, and the user can send it to whoever he wants to.

Is this possible ? Is there any API for that ?
