Extruded Parallelogram with textured faces in three.js

Just updating a three.js project from approx 4 years ago to run with the latest build of three.js and hit a problem.

Previously, I created parallelograms using THREE.Vector2 to define the shape, pushing to THREE.Shape and then extruding with THREE.ExtrudeGeometry. Finally, I created a UV generator to apply textures to each face and was using geometry.faces.length as part of this but from what I have read this appears to no longer exist with THREE.ExtrudeBufferGeometry.

Does anyone know how or can point me to any information on how to apply textures to the faces of extruded geometry in the latest three.js build?
