I am trying to rotate hue of some colors visible on my webpage.

This snippet is rotating all hue by certain amount

document.querySelector("html").style.filter = "hue-rotate(180deg)"

I want to rotate hue of an element only if the original hue lies in certain range, let's say 55-95. How would I go about doing it?
