Moving UV map with an object as it moves (using Three.js)

I have a Blender model which I am rendering in Three.js. The main object has several children, which move around a little bit. I have the children UV mapped so that they appear normal (like so), i.e. fit in with the texture on the parent object. The purpose of the model is to move the children around, and as you can probably guess, they keep their texture mapping from their original spot (like so) and don't fit with the main object's texture after being moved.

Are there any ways to update their texture/UV coordinates as they move? I'm open to workarounds. I can also provide code samples if needed, but all I'm doing so far is UV mapping in Blender and rendering in Three.js. Please let me know!
