What do these extra numbers a:b-c in stack trace mean?

Normally you'll get row:column, but now i get something like a:b-c a couple of times

ERROR in ./client/src/modules/customer/routes.js
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'vue-loader' in '/workspace'
 @ ./client/src/modules/customer/routes.js 4:0-53 58:15-23 71:15-23
 @ ./client/src/router/index.js
 @ ./client/src/main.js

When I analyse row 58:15-23, you'll get "users.a" which is strange This is row 58
