I have a flex-box that resizes images at the layout grows/shrinks. Is there anyway in JS that I can target an element and get the "native" width of the element before it was resized based on the layout constraints?

For example, I was to be able to load up the page in a tablet view although the images are displaying at 300px width, I want to be able to know the image is natively 600px and it just sized down due to the the flex properties on it.
